WOD:  Half & half:

The challenges are:

22 Power Cleans
22 Pull Ups
22 Burpees
22 Cal Row
22 Front Squats
22 Kettlebell Swings
22 Box Jumps
22 Thrusters
22 Toes to Bar
22 Push Press


I guess I have a lot of explaining to do…

At any given workout, the entire class is doing work.  This fact has never been questioned.  To further involve the class members with each other, teams workouts were established.  You are about to take it one step further.  In today’s workout one half of the class will square off against the other half!!!  Here are the rules…

  1. Teams should and will be split up by skill levels
  2. In case of odd numbers then still split by skill levels
  3. Weights for all challenges that require a load should be scaled up or down to ensure a balance (someone who is stronger/more skilled should not be doing light weights in order to be able to go fast)
  4. Those loads have to stay the same for all of the lifts (yes, this means that you should still do your Thrusters at 135 or heavier)
  5. Everyone starts each challenge at the same time
  6. Everyone has to finish all of the reps
  7. The team whose members finish last gains a 100M Row penalty
  8. All penalties are paid for at the end of class
  9. 1 minute between each set of challenges

If you do not understand it, show up anyway.  This is going to be awesome.  How awesome you ask?!
